Magma has flown in the first shipment of the delicious Beelitz White Asparagus on 28th April 2011.
Magma will serve it in our restaurant until the end of the white asparagus season which is traditionally on 24th June 2011.

The farmers of the small village of Beelitz south of Berlin are traditionally growing White Asparagus since many hundreds years. The sandy soil mixed with seashell limestone is ideal for it. The taste is special, with a slightly sweet touch, not the bitterness, what you sometimes find in kinds of White asparagus from other regions.
The Beelitz White Asparagus will arrive at Singapore within 48 hours after harvesting. It is really fresh!
