San-Sui Sumiyaki & Bar

Nestled in the Central Business District and near many of Singapore's iconic sights such as the Singapore River, Merlion, Marina Bay Sands as well as Esplanade, San-Sui Sumiyaki & Bar opened its doors in March 2010. The elegant Japanese restaurant has gained a loyal following for its scrumptious Japanese fare, particularly its sumiyaki (traditional charcoal grill) and fresh sashimi. Its sumiyaki menu features a stellar selection of poultry, seafood as well as prime cuts of wagyu beef and kurobuta pork, all expertly prepared by a team of specialist sumiyaki chefs. The name 'San-Sui' means 'Mountain-Water' in Japanese, true to the restaurant's credo of offering only the finest fare sourced from Mother Earth and the ocean.
