Chef Roberto Galetti brings with him twenty years of cooking experience to Singapore. In 1984, he decided to hone his cooking skills at the prestigious Culinary Institute Caterina De Medici in Italy. In 1989, with diploma in hand and his eye on travelling, Roberto set out to develop his trade and see the world.
